Week ending 25/09/11

Pavyottsmill catch report wk ending 25/09/2011

Fishing at pavyotts has been a bit hard this week but still a few carp have been pulled out. The Maze Lake. Tom Theobald with a PB at 32lb 5oz one of our carp called Lynne. Also with a PB is Roy Akay from Minehead enticing our Sammy at 39lb using Cell as the chosen bait. Helen also came out at 39lb 12oz going to Ken King from Portsmouth. Chris Harrison caught our Troy Boy weighing in at 28lb using Meaty Fish. Don from Ringwood caught 2 carp 26lb and 11lb both caught using Live System. Ross from Cardiff had a nice 27lb carp out. Chris Shearman from Portsmouth had a cracking Common at 26lb using Live System. Bobby from Birmingham with a nice 24lbcarp using Trogen. Another PB goes to Ross Sweetland from Porlock with a 25lb 70z Common using Live System, also had one more at 24lb 5 oz. Toby Millwood with a 16lb fish using Live System. Jim Pearson also from Portsmouth caught a 16lb Mirror using Live System. Wayne Purnell from Bournemouth with a cracking 43lb 12oz, and Maggie fell to a Cranberry and monster squid boilie. Nice one Wayne. Dave Forster from Gillingham managed a 10lb er using Maggots. Ross Lamb from Bournemouth had a 17lb 7oz and a 24lb common using House baits. Jon Thomas from Redruth had 4 carp from 17lb upto 40lb 6oz , so well done to you. Steve Harrison from Leigh with a 24lb 4oz. The weather has been weird so could of have a part in the slow fishing this week, but still a few came out.

Jades lake

Just a few doubles out but once again the weather has played a part we think.

Joshes lake

The lake this week has been hard must be the weather. But still we have Barry Mason from Bristol with 3 carp from 11lb to 17lb. M. Harper from Bristol also with 3 carp ranging from 8lb 11lb, all caught using Live System. Well done to D. Beck caught our biggest resident in Joshes lake weighing in at 32lb so well done to you.
