Week ending 31.7 2011

This week has shown 1 x 40, 9 x30's and 19 good mid and upper 20's Alan Shrimpton Herts who landed his first forty on the Maze last week after 2 yrs trying moved to peg 1 to land yet another 40 Bill at 41lb plus 3 mid twenties nice one Alan. Jon Vigo from Weston Supermare peg 2 had Rocky at 30lb 12oz a new PB for him J Richards Exeter peg 10 landed a 34lb9oz mirror another Pb using live system, Bob Hobbs a regular on the lake had Stretch mark 39lb2oz and Emirates 29lb4oz,Sam Palmer 13yrs old had a good session landing a new 30 which he named Chilli also a nice 19lb mirror using xxx not to be beaten his Dad Arny had a 31lb mirror. Ben Wilshire had Martinita 39lb and a 22lb common, on peg 4 Steve Wilshire had Tony- one at 30lb a PB for him and a 28lb mirror using the Cell, Ed King had a good session on peg 5 with four carp a 31lb mirror 30lb common 25lb common 24lb and 21lb mirror Wes Prestage from Walsall was pleased with his PB landing a 20lb Grass carp using the cell peg 2. Well done to all those who landed twenties of which there are too many to mention . Joshe's lake has shown some good catches this weekend with Sean Pace landing a PB at 27lb plus 6 other good carp his Dad Phil also had a good session with a 28lb and 3 other doubles. All the lakes are fishing well and some good catches with all our carp fighting fit.
